The annex comprises of the following

The outside of the annex has a covered sitting area with views of approximately  4 acres of wooded grounds

Smokers are kindly requested not to smoke anywhere in the premises but are welcome to do so in the grounds.

A 20% deposit will be required to secure your booking.

The balance remaining will be required 30 days before arrival or by agreement  if a late booking.

Surrounding Areas Of Four-Winds Retreat

Kessingland beach offers shops, post office, restaurants & public houses. The area is on the Suffolk heritage coast which takes in Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich & the RSPB reserve at Minsmere.

The near by seaside town of Lowestoft offers beaches, piers, pedestrian shopping centre, cinema, theatre & leisure centre.

To the west is the market town of Halesworth, which leads to Bungay & Beccles which are towns fringing on the River Waveney.

Further to the west is Norwich, a fine city with its castle and cathedral. There is a very comprehensive shopping mall and open air market.

Gt Yarmouth is situated approximately 10 miles north of Lowestoft  and is a popular holiday resort which boasts theatres, cinemas, pleasure beach and a fine promenade.

Oulton Broad is the southern gateway to the famous Norfolk Broads, with its river trips and speed boat racing which are within easy reach of Four-Winds Retreat

Our Accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate the premises by 10am on the day of departure.

A shopping service of provisions on the day of arrival can be provided if a list of  requirements are supplied with the balance of payment. Settlement for provisions supplied is requested on arrival
